Rules and Regulations

1. Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organizers to ensure the Participants' safety, the Organizers, their Sponsors and their appointed Officials shall not be liable for any death or injury, loss or damage, suffered or otherwise, howsoever arising.
2. The Organizers reserve the right to delay the commencement of the Race in the event of inclement weather. Should the inclement weather persist after delay, the Organizers reserve the right to cancel the Race without any refund.
3. Once the Registration Form has been duly processed, there will be strictly no refund of entry fees for those who eventually do not take part, regardless of the reason(s).
4. The Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant deemed physically incapable of continuing with the Race to prevent him/her from causing greater harm and injury to himself/herself.
5. It is mandatory that all participants wear their Race Bib once the Race has started. No running with bare torso is allowed.
6. Participants must run on the designated path for the entire route. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
7. The Organizers reserve the right to use any photograph, motion picture recordings, or any other record of this race and its participants for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising.
8. The Organizers reserve the right to limit and refuse entries without assigning any reasons thereof.
9. The Organizers reserve the right to amend the Rules and Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.
10. A participant who protests against another competitor or notifies of violation by a contestant must do so in writing to the Organizers within 30 minutes of his/her finish time. A deposit of $50/= must accompany the appropriate protest and will be refunded if the protest is successful.
