How to get to Novena Square

Public Transport

By MRT

Novena Square is located directly above Novena Square MRT station along the North South Line.

By Bus

Bus Services: 21, 56, 131, 166

Carpark Rates

Novena Square has ample parking lots and parking is by Electronic Parking System (EPS).
Cash card top-up is available at the UOB ATM machines on level 1 and POSB ATM machines in the
MRT station.
For quick access to the Office Tower, park on the level 4A, 5A, 6A and 7.

Carpark Hours and Rates (EPS Parking)
The carpark is open 24 hours via EPS parking.

Monday to Friday 6am - 6pm 1st 2 hrs: $2.20
Subsequent 1/2 hr: $0.80
After 6pm $1.70 per entry
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays Whole day
6am - 6pm		 $2.20 per entry

Please park at designated lots only. Vehicles parked within the premises are at owner's risks. The Management accepts no responsibility for any misdemeanor theft or damages to the vehicles or to any content therein.

Collection

It is mandatory for all participants to collect their Race Entry Pack during the Race Expo weekend.

Participants need to bring along the following documents for the collection of your Race Entry Pack.

  1. Race Confirmation Slip
  2. A photo ID for verification purposes

*The Organisers reserve the right to refuse anyone their Race Entry Pack without proper documentation.

If you have registered at the 4 designated outlets, Newton Running Stores at Queensway Shopping Center or Velocity @ Novena Square, Showroom at Changi or Geylang Serai Community Club, you will need to produce the official receipt when you collect your Race Entry Pack during the Race Entry Pack Collection.

For participant who is below 21 years of age, you need to bring the Indemnity Form signed by your parent or guardian.

For participant who collect the Race Entry Pack on be-half of their friend. Please print out the Letter of Authorisation.

Retrieve Confirmation Slip

For collection of your Race Entry Pack, please queue at Collection Counters according to your race category. Any amendments to the following fields can be made at the collection counters in this zone:

  1. Address
  2. Contact Numbers
  3. Email Address
  4. Company, School and Designation
  5. Medical History
  6. Emergency Contact

If you are unable to retrieve your Race Confirmation Slip online, please proceed to the Information

Counter at the Race Expo.

Please proceed straight to the Help Desk if you have amendments to the following fields:

  1. Name
  2. IC Number
  3. Date of Birth
  4. Nationality
  5. Gender

*A complete change of Name and IC Number is not allowed as this constitutes a transfer of runner.

Authorising another person to collect your Race Entry Pack

If you are unable to personally collect your Race Entry Pack during these 2 days, you may authorise

another person to collect the race entry pack for you.

He/ She will need to have the following documentation in order to be able to collect on your behalf:

  1. Completed and Signed Authorisation Form
  2. Your Race Entry Confirmation slips
  3. A copy/photocopy of the runner's photo ID for verification.
  4. His/her own Photo ID for recording purposes.
Authorised collection is strictly on a 1-to-1 basis i.e. Only 1 person can only collect on behalf of
another runner.

Collection of Race Entry Packs after the Race Expo will not be entertained.
